First time trying this place!!! Wow mind blown! Best breakfast by far! I am very picky when it comes to this but damn they are rockin it at the Rooster!!! My boyfriend is on keto and was worried he couldn’t eat here. Wrongo!!! We agree this is our spot!
We finally got a weekday off and had the chance to try this place out—and it was everything we dreamed of and more! My whole family loves breakfast food, and this spot was fantastic. We felt so welcomed, even with a toddler in tow. Our toddler ate everything on his plate, which definitely doesn’t always happen when we go out. Their kids’ menu is truly catered to children, which is rare to see. He also loved all the roosters on the walls, pointing and shouting, “Cock-a-doodle-doo!” My husband ordered the breakfast burrito with country gravy, and he said it was packed perfectly and so delicious that next time, he’s planning to get the biscuits and gravy instead. I had the Spanish omelette, and the green chile on top reminded me of authentic Denver green chile—so flavorful! I can’t recommend this place enough. The service was incredible—they made sure we were comfortable, kept my coffee filled, and even checked in on our little one. If you ever find yourself with a weekday off and a love for breakfast food, I highly recommend The Red Rooster.

My boy and I stopped in for breakfast today. When we ordered his meal, our waiter showed us how we could order it differently on the menu and save a couple dollars. We also got a piece of pie for later! (of course!) We’ve eaten here many times and always enjoy it!
